Who we are. HomeRun is a residential rental brokerage in Brooklyn, New York. You can reach us at info@homerun.rent.
What we collect. When you fill out our form we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, which rental assistance program you have, your household size, the ages of any children in the household, the neighborhoods you'll consider, when you want to move, and anything else you type into the form.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, and you should not send it to us.
Why we collect it. To match you with apartments, to contact you about listings, to follow up on your search, and to keep records of the work we do.
Text messages. If you give us your number and agree to texts, we will text you about apartment matches and your search. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.
Who we share it with. Landlords and their agents, for apartments you ask us about. The services that run our website and send our texts and email. Case workers or social service organizations, only when you tell us to work with them. Anyone the law requires us to tell. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it. While you're actively looking, and then 24 months after your last contact with us, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices. You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP. Email info@homerun.rent and we'll handle it.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us, but no website or text message is completely secure.
Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with a new date.

HomeRun does not discriminate on the basis of source of income, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
